What results should I expect from this class?
The feet serve as the foundation for all upright, weightbearing movements. That is why we designed this class to help build strong and robust feet that are capable of providing this support.

All strength building is achieved through consistent effort over time. However, these exercises should soon produce an awareness of how to utilise the feet to support any upright movement.
